Finthy does NOT sell personal information.
We have never sold personal information about our users, and we do not have plans to do so in the future. This includes:
- Your name and contact information
- Your financial data and transaction history
- Your account information and preferences
- Your usage data and interactions with our platform
What “Sale” Means Under CCPA
Under the CCPA, a “sale” means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. While we share certain information with service providers to operate our platform, these disclosures are not “sales” under the CCPA because:
- Our service providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for providing services to us
- They cannot sell your information
- They cannot use your information for their own marketing purposes
