By accessing or using Finthy’s financial dashboard platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Finthy provides a personal finance management platform that:
- Connects to your bank accounts across Mexico, Chile, Brazil, USA, and Canada
- Aggregates and analyzes your financial data
- Provides budgeting, cashflow, and wealth tracking tools
- Offers multi-currency support and transaction categorization
- Enables AI-powered transaction import from PDF and image files
- Provides spending trends and financial analytics
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You may only have one personal account
Account Security
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Enable two-factor authentication when available
- Do not share your account credentials
Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
- Personal financial management and budgeting
- Accessing your own financial data and accounts
- Using features as intended in user documentation
Prohibited Uses
- Accessing other users’ accounts or data
- Attempting to compromise system security
- Using the service for illegal activities
- Reverse engineering or copying our software
Banking Connections
Mexico (Chrome Extension)
- Available from the official Chrome Web Store
- Supports Banamex, HSBC, BBVA, and Banorte
- Supports two-factor authentication (2FA) where required by banks
- You authorize the extension to access your banking sessions
- We do not store your banking credentials
- You maintain full control over your banking sessions
USA & Canada (Platform Connections)
- You authorize secure platform connections to your banks
- Connections are made through the regulated provider Plaid
- You can revoke access at any time
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate banking credentials
- Maintain current contact information
- Review transactions for accuracy
- Report suspicious activity immediately
AI Transaction Import
Feature Description
- Upload PDF bank statements or images of receipts/statements
- AI-powered optical character recognition (OCR) extracts transaction data
- Automatic categorization and data formatting
- Available on Plus, Pro, and Business plans with monthly limits
Your Responsibilities
- Only upload documents you have the right to use
- Verify extracted data for accuracy before saving
- Do not upload documents containing sensitive third-party information
- Understand that AI extraction may occasionally contain errors
Data Processing
- Uploaded files are processed securely and encrypted
- Files are retained temporarily for processing only
- Extracted data is stored according to our Privacy Policy
- You can delete imported transactions at any time
Data and Privacy
Your Data
- You retain ownership of your financial data
- We process data according to our Privacy Policy
- You can export or delete your data at any time
- We do not sell your personal information
Service Data
- We may use aggregated, anonymized data for improvements
- Service usage data helps us enhance features

- Free: 2 bank connections, 4 accounts, 90-day transaction history
- Plus: 4 bank connections, 10 accounts, full transaction history, custom categories
- Pro: 10 bank connections, 30 accounts, priority support, advanced features
- Business: Unlimited connections and accounts, dedicated support, SLA guarantee

Free Trial
- All paid plans include a 14-day free trial
- No credit card required to start the trial
- Full access to plan features during trial period
- You will be notified before trial ends
Billing
- Monthly or annual billing cycles available
- Annual billing provides a discount (approximately 17% savings)
- Charges processed securely through Stripe
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing period ends
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through account settings or Stripe billing portal
- Service continues until end of current billing period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
- Data retention according to Privacy Policy
